Source Register
A public-facing source desk for the Compendium. This page tracks source strength, case verification needs, and records that should receive primary-source follow-up before they are treated as settled.
What this register is
The Source Register is not a claim that every case is verified. It is a working bibliography desk: which cases have stronger documentation, which ones need better sources, and which records are being retained as folklore, disputed, or open research items.
Current phase: case-linked source status. The next version can add individual books, newspapers, official records, archive links, and uploaded source files as separate source entries.
Source language
AMC records claims, reports, traditions, and source trails. Inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Source request packet
Use this format when collecting a new source for a case.
Future register upgrades
Later this page can become a full searchable bibliography with one row per source, related case links, archive links, reliability notes, and uploaded document references.
